What services does ALMAYAN provide?
ALMAYAN is a UAE company that organizes weddings and private celebrations. It offers 13 services: event planning, supervision, hall security, child-free entry security, camera-cover privacy, hall scenting, a smart scent-and-display kiosk, QR guest check-in, abaya stands, kosha, DJ, photography and hospitality.
How do you prevent photography during the event?
In two layers: fabric pouches with a clear window are placed over each guest's phone camera at the entrance and removed on the way out, leaving no residue, and a female security team watches the hall discreetly and reminds guests politely. Guests keep their phones, and no photo is taken.
What is the hall scenting service and why is it exclusive?
The hall is scented by modern aromatic humidifiers that diffuse a fragrance you choose, silently and without smoke, covering large halls for the whole event. ALMAYAN is the only wedding-services provider in the UAE offering it.
How does the QR guest check-in work?
Each guest receives a digital invitation with a unique QR code. At the entrance a hostess scans it, only authorised guests are admitted, and the attendance list updates live. The result: no queues and no uninvited guests.
Can you keep the celebration child-free?
Yes. A trained female security team stands at the entrance and applies the invitation rule courteously, coordinating with the venue and the reception hostesses. The rule is stated with the invitation in advance so no one is embarrassed on the night.
How much do ALMAYAN packages cost?
Three packages: Essential from AED 3,500 (up to 150 guests), Signature from AED 7,900 (up to 300 guests, including scenting and QR check-in), and Royal from AED 14,900 (up to 500 guests, including kosha, DJ, photography and hospitality). Every package can be tailored.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, in hotel ballrooms, private halls, majlis venues and villas.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking one to three months before the date, especially in wedding season. For urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability within hours.
How do I book ALMAYAN?
